Defender Arcade Game

Defender Game Play:
As fighter pilot of the ship Defender, the object of this famous shooter game is to gun down numerous alien ships that are bent on capturing humans on the planet below. If the aliens manage to fly off with their captured human trophies, it's the job of the Defender to destroy the alien menace and carry the humanoids to safety. If this isn't accomplished, humans mutate into aliens and join the enemy in their assault. Once all humans are captured, the whole planet explodes.

Defender Factoids:
- Released in 1980 by manufacturer Williams.
- Has reportedly grossed (Arcade revenue) over one billion dollars world wide since it's release, making Defender one of the highest grossing video games ever made. Paralleled only by Pac Man.
- Was considered an arcade flop at the 1981 Chicago arcade machine trade show.
- Spawned a sequal Defender 2 a.k.a Stargate.

Free Mario Bros Game

Mario Bros Game Play:
Dynamic plumbing duo Mario and Luigi, the Mario brothers, battle turtles, flies and crabs while jumping for coins for bonus points. The toilet plunger specialists must also try to avoid red and green fireballs in the mayhem which is set in the confines of an underground water works.

Mario Bros Factoids:
- Released by Nintendo in 1983.
- Mario first appeared in 1981's video game smash Donkey Kong.
- The younger brother in the Mario Brothers arcade game series, Luigi, was inspired in name sake from a Washington pizza parlor called Mario and Luigi's.
- The characters would hit the big screen in the live action feature "Super Mario Bros". Rumored 35 million plus budget, bombed at the box office.
- Selected spin offs include Super Mario Bros and sequals, Super Mario World and Dr. Mario just to name a few.

Robotron 2084 Game Play:
Save the humans and shoot every Robotron robot in sight. Very fast game play involved as levels become lightning fast with each board cleared.

- Robotron arcade games release date 1982, by Williams.
- There are 5 different kinds of Robotron bad guys..Grunts, Brains, Enforcers, Tanks and Hulks.
- Human characters in the game are Mommy, Daddy and Mickey. The latter of the three inspired by the Life ceral commercials of the 70's.

Galaxian Game Play:
Set in the confines of space, the Galaxian space cruiser must ward off bug like aliens either in formation and descending patterns; while only being able to move left and right on screen.

Galaxian Factoids:
- Released by Namco in 1979 as a vertical coin op arcade game.
- Galaxian ship is known as the Galaxip.
- Made an arcade cameo in the Tom Hanks movie "Big" in 1988.
- The Galaxian ship (Galaxip) makes an appearance in a future spin off shooter "Galaga" as an enemy fighter.
- Other spin offs include Super Galaxians, Galaxian 3 and Galaxian Turbo.

Ms Pac Man Game Download

Ms Pac Man Game Play:
The female counter part of the hugely popular Pac Man arcade games series continues the chomping ways of the pie shaped characters while still evading those pesky ghosts.

- Released by Midway in 1981.
- Ms. Pac Man was originally called "Crazy Otto" a virtual upgrade of the original pacman arcade game which was reinvented by GCC (General Computer Corporation) and bought by Midway Bally who inturn made changes to transform the arcade game into the Ms. Pac Man variation that it is known for today.
- All ghosts from the pac man original return except for the orange ghost renamed Sue.
- Ms. Pac Man went through a hoard of name changes before the games release, from Pac-Woman to Miss Pac Man to Mrs. Pac Man to the final more PC version namesake.
- Voted number 9 out of the top 100 video games of all time in 2001.
